Returns

1. Eligibility:
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Perishable products

  • Gift cards

3. Return Process:

4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. In cases of our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the receipt and status of your refund request.

2. Approved Refunds:
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Late or Missing Refunds:

4. Exchanges and Damaged Products:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product per our return policy and place a new order for the replacement.

  • If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately with details and photos of the damage. Keep the original packaging and item as evidence. We will assist you with a replacement or refund based on the situation.
